sx-link APP (hereinafter referred to as "sx-link") hereby specially reminds you to read carefully and fully understand 《 (sx-link) Software Use Agreement 》 (hereinafter referred to as "agreement"), and minors should read it accompanied by their legal guardians. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to register or use the (sx-link) software (hereinafter referred to as "the software") services. If you enter the registration procedure and check "I agree with (sx-link) software use agreement", it will be deemed that you accept this agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
This "agreement" is an agreement between the user and sx-link regarding the download, installation and use of (sx-link) software and related services. This agreement also includes relevant agreements, business rules, policies, instructions and other contents about the use of the software that sx-link has released and may continue to release in the future. Once the above contents are officially released, they will be taken as an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
This software provides support for "hardware devices", aims to ensure the normal use of "hardware devices", and introduces new functions at any time according to the needs of users, so as to provide a convenient entrance for wireless network access of mobile devices. The software has the functions of real-time view, two-way voice dialogue, alarm notification, cloud service (this is “optional value-added service”, please read the specific service terms or usage rules of this single service carefully before you use this single service), camera sharing, etc
Article 2 Use
2.1 Account
If you want to use this software, you need to register (sx-link) account and provide relevant personal information on the registration page. You must promise and guarantee that:
2.1.1 All the registration information you submit must be true and accurate;
2.1.2 It is legal for you to use the intelligent camera of sx-link solution;
2.1.3 you can terminate using your account at any time according to the (sx-link) account instructions. The software will retain or terminate your account in accordance with Article 6 of this agreement. You must promise to keep your log in information confidential, not to be obtained and used by others, and be responsible for all your actions under this website account. You must inform us immediately of any possible violation of the law, unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use. We will not bear any legal responsibility for the loss caused by your failure to comply with the above requirements.
Article 3 End User Protocol
3.1 Permit
In accordance with the provisions of this agreement, the software will grant you the following non transferable and non exclusive licenses:
3.1.1 The right to use the software;
3.1.2 The right to download, install and use the software during all your network communication.
3.2 Restrictive clause
Your authorization under this agreement will be subject to the following restrictions:
3.2.1 you shall not license, distribute or use the software in any form;
3.2.2 Unless otherwise specified by law, you shall not modify, translate, adapt, merge, utilize, decompose, transform or reverse compile any part or derivative of the software;
3.2.3 You are not allowed to use the software for the purpose of creating the same or competing services;
3.2.4 Except for the scope expressly authorized in Article 3.1, the software does not explicitly or implicitly authorize any other use or behavior.
3.3 Ownership of rights
3.3.1 sx-link licenses you to use and download the software;
3.3.2 sx-link? (and its "licensors") owns all relevant intellectual property rights and other rights and interests of the software.
3.4 Cost
You must bear the cost of purchasing the software, surfing on the internet,communication fee, information fee and other related fees charged by a third party (including but not limited to the suppliers of China Telecom or China Mobile etc.). If value-added service of telecom is involved, it is recommended that you confirm the relevant fees with the value-added service supplier.
3.5 You agree that any updated or future version, update or other change of the software shall be bound by this agreement.
Article 4 User Content
4.1 User Content
4.1.1 User content refers to all content (such as pictures, video images, audio, text information, data or any other content) generated by the user when publishing or using the software in other ways.
4.1.2 You are the only person responsible for your user content, and you will bear the risk that you or any third party will be identified due to the disclosure of your user content.
4.1.3 You have agreed that your user content is restricted by Clause 5.
4.2 Feedback
4.2.1 Your suggestion (or named as "feedback") to sx-link is deemed as your commitment and guarantee that you have the right to authorize sx-link to an irreversible, non exclusive, premium free global authorization or a global authorization that you have paid premium or fees to the obligee, and sx-link can use this feedback and relevant information in any reasonable way. At the same time, you promise and guarantee that the above feedback does not infringe the intellectual property rights or any rights of others, and such feedback information is non confidential and non exclusive.
4.2.2 You have agreed that you will not provide sx-link with any information that you consider or have the obligation of confidentiality and proprietary.
Article 5 Limitation of Rights
5.1 You have agreed that in the process of using the software and its related services, you will bear all the legal liabilities arising from the following behaviors
5.1.1 Violating the basic principles established in the country’s constitution;
5.1.2 Endangering national security and divulging state secrets;
5.1.3 Violating public orders or good customs;
5.1.4 Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;
